I’m Deanne Nelson, an Entrepreneur and Property Consultant passionate about helping others grow through business and investment. I bought my first house at 18, and that experience lit a fire in me. Since then, I’ve built businesses, scaled property portfolios, and mentored others to do the same. I believe every challenge holds the seed of a new opportunity.
My Story
My path wasn’t always smooth, life threw personal challenges my way, but I chose to dig deep and turn setbacks into stepping stones. Starting in childcare, I learned the ins and outs of leadership and team building. From there, I transitioned into property, scaling my investments and diversifying into business sectors that allowed me to create economic opportunities for others.
Now, with a strong portfolio and a wealth of practical experience, I help others grow through consulting, coaching, and mentorship. After successfully exiting that venture, I shifted into property — growing a multi-million-pound portfolio and championing innovative deal structures like the “Buy-Refurbance-Refinance-Rent” model.
Now, I focus on commercial property, bridging finance, and new developments.
